Reservations are of course possible. Use our simple online reservation and payment tool. Choose your boat -> select date and time -> book extras -> pay -> done.
The weather doesn't always cooperate perfectly. But a few clouds shouldn't spoil your well-deserved break, right? Some boats are covered, but heavy rain, storms, or thunderstorms will literally "wash out" your trip, including any reservations.
A deposit can be credited towards a new booking during the current season.
Parking on the side of the road is allowed at the weekend. You can park 200 meters on the street at any time. You can find a map of all closer parking facilities here.
We accept cash and debit card payments on site. Long-term reservations, including a deposit, can be paid in advance via bank transfer.

- Please bring the amount of the expected rent and deposit in cash if not paid by an EC card. The fuel costs are deducted from the deposit after the tour. If you are not sure about the amount of money, you can contact us. All prices can be found in the respective boats.

Up to and including 15 hp, you don't need a boating license on waterways. For anything above that, an inland waterway boating license is required – the old East German (GDR) recreational boating license is still valid. It's perfectly sufficient for one person per boat to carry the license.
You can obtain the license at a boating school in Berlin.
A 50% deposit is required for online bookings. Alternatively, you can pay the full price directly online.
We've decided to simplify the calculation process. This will save us all unnecessary hassle regarding consumption or fluid levels. You simply pay a fixed hourly rate, which is listed with each boat.
Yes, all motorized boats are covered by liability insurance.
For exceptionally heavy soiling, we charge an additional cleaning fee.

Lost equipment or damage will be deducted from the security deposit.

In Germany, a boat license is required for boats with more than 15 hp. On our waterways, the inland waterway boat license (BINNEN Sportbootführerschein) and the former East German (DDR Sportbootführerschein) are still valid.
Cancellations made up to 4 weeks before departure are free of charge.
After that, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
The voucher you selected here will be paid for in full during the order process. Afterwards, you will receive a purchase confirmation email. This email will contain the voucher as a printable PDF including the voucher code and invoice.
The vouchers can be redeemed here on the homepage when making a booking or on-site during the season.
Only one voucher can be purchased per order. If you want multiple vouchers, you must repeat the order process.
The vouchers expire at the end of the third full year following the date of issue.
